Located in the Westmount area close to the Civic Gardens, Berkshire Village is characterized by its unique and diverse range of housing, particularly row housing built in the 1970s. Large trees line the beautifully landscaped lawns of the residential properties along the curve of Berkshire Drive.
Berkshire Park lies at the heart of the neighbourhood, with a community garden, a walking trail and play structures. The area is served by Woodland Heights Public School, and the main commercial hub is on the corner of Wonderland and Commissioners. Berkshire Club at 500 Berkshire Drive provides a community hub of activities and programming, including a City of London Seniors' Satellite on Tuesdays from 11am to 4pm.
Springbank Park and the Thames Valley Parkway are a close walk from Berkshire Village.
