A Guide for Making Neighbourhood Events Inclusive and Accessible to All!

Neighbourhoods are represented by everyone who lives there: every culture, language, and ability status adds a special ingredient to create the local flavour! So it’s important that in turn, neighbourhood events make a sincere effort to include and involve everyone.

Being truly inclusive means going beyond being open and welcoming towards whoever attends your event on the day. It starts in the planning stage, and involves simple tasks that make a huge difference. This guide exists to provide tips for things planners tend to overlook, but that make total sense (and are interesting and fun to boot!)
