Sunningdale is a residential neighbourhood in northwest London. The houses in the neighbourhood are mainly single detached and built since the year 2000.  There are a few townhouse complexes and high-rise apartment buildings in the area.  The neighbourhood is located just north of the Masonville commercial area giving residents easy access to the many shops and restaurants there.  

Plane Tree Park is located in the centre of the neighbourhood, and has play structures, swing sets, soccer fields, and ample open green space.  There are many trails and natural scenery in the Medway Valley Heritage Forest, which surrounds Medway Creek in the northwest end of the neighbourhood.  Sunningdale Golf and Country Club is just north of the neighbourhood. 

St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Elementary School is in the neighbourhood, and students also attend Masonville Public School, and St. André Bessette and A.B. Lucas secondary schools.
